Hardware:
This service is provided as hardware after-sales support for a Site Data Logger (SDL). A contractual agreement is established between ZMS and the client.
ZMS endeavours to carry out the services to the client with reasonable skill and care in accordance within relevant service descriptions and target service levels.
Software:
This service is provided as software after-sales support for a Site Data Logger (SDL). A contractual agreement is established between ZMS and the client. This immediately becomes effective at point of delivery of the units.
ZMS endeavours to carry out the software development services to the client with reasonable skill and care in accordance within specified change requests and system fix requirements.
