ZMS has put in place a high calibre board of directors, consisting of both non-executive and executive directors.
Executive:
Chief Executive Officer: Mr. Hosea Malope
Hosea Malope is the Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for the strategic direction of Zonke Monitoring Systems and the day-to-day operations of the business. He is ultimately responsible to the Zonke Monitoring Systems Board. He personally takes responsibility for the management of the Service Level Contract that governs the relationship between Zonke Monitoring Systems and the National Gambling Board.
Chief Financial Officer: Ms. Kriek Cloete
Kriek Cloete is the Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for the human resources, financial and legal and compliance functions of the company.
Non-Executive:
Mr. Marcus Steyn and Mr. Deven Moodley are the Non-Executive Directors.
