Operations Support
Operations Support falls within the Business Development department. The department is managed by Mr. Vusi Nogwebu.
Reporting to him is Ms. Violet Padi. She is responsible for the following provinces: Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Western Cape
and Limpopo while the Eastern Cape and KwaZulu Natal provinces are the responsibility of Ms. Venetia Lopes.
The objectives of this division are:
- To ensure optimal service delivery
- To understand the needs of customers
- To assist the industry in effective roll-outs
- To provide quality assurance of services supplied by ZMS and its sub-contractors
- To ensure effective communication to all stakeholders
- Effective relationship and brand building
- To collate trends and provide effective problem solving and system fix initiatives
- To submit change requests in ensuring effective operations for industry stakeholders
- To co-ordinate stakeholder workshops and special events
