No more handpay register frustrations
The new version of the SDL Graphical User Interface (GUI) allows the site to print a slip on its printer, assisting the site owner in reconciling handpays.
The handpay ticket can be signed by the player and can be reconciled against the handpay values stipulated on the site owner’s cash clearance report. Cash handling becomes a lot more effective should a dispute arise. The printed register is far more credible than hand written data. This is just another value added feature at sites installed with Generation 2 units, taking the industry to another level.
