CEMS….strategically supporting the industry……

Mr. Viren Parmanand has resigned as the Chief Executive Officer of Zonke Monitoring Systems. Mr. Hosea Malope, who has been with the company since its inception, has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer, effective from the 6th December 2007.

“I wish to assure all our stakeholders that the change in leadership of the organisation will in no way alter our service to the industry. Instead, this has presented us with an opportunity to take a closer look at our services and improve where necessary.  Zonke Monitoring Systems will continue to ensure a world class regulatory service with our continued support and unyielding desire for absolute customer satisfaction.

We have noted the developments in both the Free State and Gauteng provinces and have proactively started the recruitment process to fill the vacancy of the Corporate Services Manager and other key positions in preparation for the rollout. Ms. Kriek Cloete, formerly with the Mpumalanga Gambling Board has rejoined the company as our Corporate Services Manager effective 1 October 2007. To improve our customer support services Ms. Melinda Maich has been appointed as the Customer Support Manager, leading a team of Customer Support Officers whom shall attend to your queries and provide advice on all CEMS related matters.

Supporting Melinda and the Customer Support Officers will be our Technical Manager Johan Ballot. Johan rejoined the company after spending three years with Route Gaming Solutions, our CEMS Technology subcontractor. Johan leads a team of technical experts who attend to technical related incidents and monitor the CEMS uptime.

Please be assured of our commitment to be of service to your company/organisation and feel free to contact me at any time, when the need arises”.  Mr M.H Malope
