CEO Office
On the 20th of June 2006, the operation of the Central Electronic Monitoring System (CEMS) reached its third-year anniversary, as well as its first milestone of successfully monitoring over two thousand Limited Payout Machines (LPMS).
The roll out of LPMS continues steadily in Mpumalanga, the Western Cape and in the Eastern Cape. On the 1st of August 2006, Zonke Monitoring Systems will be incorporating the Limpopo Province into the CEMS environment.
On the 21st of July 2006, Zonke Monitoring Systems will be attending a function to be held at the Hilton Hotel in Durban, where the KwaZulu Natal Gambling Board will be issuing Route Operator licenses.
After a two year delay in the industry, we look forward to the roll out in the Province, which we expect before the end of November 2006.
Maurice Colclough, our most respected founder and Executive Director, passed away on the 27th of January 2006 after a long illness. His last wish was to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, and to this end our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Viren Parmanand will be carrying out his last wish, setting out for the expedition on the 25th of September 2006.
“On a mountain high, where the eagles fly, however tough the gradient and long the path, we finally reach our milestones”
