HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AND SUPPLY
Hardware
This service is provided as hardware after-sales support for a Site Data Logger (SDL). A contractual agreement is established between ZMS and the client. A maintenance support services contract is initiated where the client will accept and pay for the services in terms of the agreement.
ZMS endeavours to carry out the services to the client with reasonable skill and care in accordance within relevant service descriptions and target service levels.
Software
This service is provided as software after-sales support for a Site Data Logger (SDL). A contractual agreement is established between ZMS and the client. This immediately becomes effective at point of delivery of the units.
ZMS endeavours to carry out the software development services to the client with reasonable skill and care in accordance within specified change requests and system fix requirements.
