Support Services

The Technical Support Centre performs the functions of the Helpdesk as defined in our Service Level Agreement set with the National Gambling Board of South Africa;

  • recording, tracking, resolution management and reporting on problems, changes and service levels;
  • providing advice and guidance in all aspects of the CEMS to users of the CEMS;
  • providing assistance in interpreting user manuals and procedure documents; and
  • providing periodic management information regarding performance against the SLC to the NGB.
